  • 1224 strips of turkey bacon
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp fruit juice or vinegar (to replace whisky)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
  2. Roll the turkey bacon strips tightly and place them in cupcake wrappers inside a mini muffin tray.
  3. Mix maple syrup with fruit juice or vinegar in a bowl.
  4. Brush each rose with the glaze and bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Add more glaze after baking and return to the oven for another 10 minutes until crispy.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving on skewers or in jars.
