  • 1 box (15.25 oz) strawberry cake mix
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 8 oz sweetened condensed milk

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a 9×9-inch baking pan with aluminum foil.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the softened butter using an electric mixer until smooth. Mix in the strawberry cake mix and egg until you have a thick dough.
  3. Press two-thirds of the dough into the bottom of the prepared pan to form a base layer.
  4. Sprinkle white chocolate chips over the base, followed by drizzling sweetened condensed milk on top.
  5. Crumble the remaining dough over the condensed milk layer and bake for 27-30 minutes until golden brown around the edges.
  6. Allow to cool for at least 2-3 hours before slicing into bars.
