  • 2 (8 oz) bars of cream cheese (at room temperature)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz tub of Cool Whip (defrosted)
  • 21 oz can of strawberry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix well and press into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form a crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth using an electric mixer. Gently fold in Cool Whip until fully incorporated.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust. Spoon strawberry pie filling on top.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set. Cut into squares and serve.
