  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 pint Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata Olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add chicken tenders and coat thoroughly. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken tenders in a single layer. Cook for about 5–7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Add cherry tomatoes and olives to the skillet during the last few minutes of cooking. Stir gently and cook until tomatoes soften.
