  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1 (3.4-oz) package chocolate instant pudding
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • For filling: 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • For toppings: 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted
  • 1 cup peanut butter, warmed
  • 1 cup chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water, melted butter, and vegetable oil until well combined. Pour into the prepared bundt pan.
  3. Bake for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting onto a cooling rack.
  4. For the filling, beat together softened butter and peanut butter in a bowl using a hand mixer. Add powdered sugar and heavy cream; mix until smooth.
  5. Once cooled, scoop out holes in the bottom of the cake and pipe in the filling.
  6. Invert onto a serving platter, drizzle with melted chocolate and warmed peanut butter, then top with chopped Reese's.
