  • 4 flag toppers
  • 4 plastic dessert cups

  2. Divide the pudding into two bowls: add blue gel dye to one bowl and red gel dye to the other, mixing until uniform.
  3. In plastic dessert cups, layer the ingredients: Start with 1 tablespoon of crushed OREO cookies. Follow with 2 tablespoons of blue pudding, then another tablespoon of crushed OREO cookies. Add 3 tablespoons of white pudding and sprinkle with 1 ½ tablespoons of crushed OREO. Top with 4 tablespoons of red pudding followed by 2 tablespoons of crushed OREO.
