  • 2 cups finely chopped strawberries
  • 1/4 cup melted butter for topping
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar for topping
  • 1/3 cup sugar for topping
  • 1 tsp cinnamon for topping
  • 3/4 cup flour for topping
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a muffin tin with grease or liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together baking powder, salt, and flour. Gradually add to the wet mixture alternating with milk until just combined.
  4. Gently fold in chopped strawberries.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix melted butter with brown sugar, regular sugar, cinnamon, flour, and nutmeg until crumbly for the topping.
