  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1216 sliced dill pickles
  • 4 large slices square loaf sourdough bread
  • 4 ounces cheese (sharp cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Pat dry the sliced dill pickles and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, combine softened cream cheese and ranch dressing until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, mix dried parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, and kosher salt.
  4. Preheat a cast-iron skillet over medium-low heat.
  5. Spread cream cheese mixture on two slices of sourdough bread. Layer with dill pickles and cheese.
