  • 1 tsp sea salt (divided)
  • 4 tbsp olive oil (divided)
  • 2 oranges (peeled and segmented)
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 small fennel bulb (thinly sliced)

  5. In a bowl, combine sliced fennel, orange segments, orange juice, and remaining sea salt; toss gently.
