  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Greek seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon red apple vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons green onion
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 ½2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, lemon zest, Greek seasoning, salt, pepper, red apple vinegar, green onion, and garlic until well combined.
  2. Place the chicken in a large zip-top bag and pour the yogurt mixture over it, ensuring the chicken is well coated. Seal the bag and refrigerate for 6-8 hours.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard any leftover marinade. Grill the chicken for about 7 minutes per side (or approximately 4 minutes per side for thighs) until fully cooked through.
  5. Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
