Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds sirloin steak
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (finely chopped)

Instructions

  1. Chop the sirloin steak into cubes about 2 inches in size.
  2. Toss the steak cubes in salt and cracked black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Place olive oil in a large frying pan over high heat and let it warm up.
  4. Add some of the seasoned steak cubes to the frying pan, ensuring they are in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding.
  5. Fry each batch for about 4-5 minutes until fully cooked.
  6. As each batch finishes cooking, transfer it to a serving dish.
  7. In the same frying pan after removing all steak bites, reduce heat to medium-high.
  8. Add unsalted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning. Cook until melted and garlic begins to brown slightly (no more than 2 minutes).
  9. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the cooked steak bites.
  10. Toss gently to ensure all pieces are evenly coated.
  11. Garnish with finely chopped parsley before serving.
