  • 1 1/3 cups heavy cream (cold)
  • 4 teaspoons powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream (cold)
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder (for garnish if desired)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter and press into a pie dish. Bake for 10 minutes and cool completely.
  2. Melt bittersweet chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl; let cool slightly. In a stand mixer, beat room-temperature butter and granulated sugar until fluffy, then add melted chocolate and vanilla.
