  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Pistachios (optional or use any nut or omit)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Melt coconut oil in a mixing bowl and coat the kataifi pastry evenly.
  2. Spread the kataifi on a baking sheet and bake for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly.
  3. In a heatproof bowl over simmering water, melt dark chocolate with coconut oil until smooth.
  4. In serving cups, layer baked kataifi at the bottom, followed by sliced strawberries, and drizzle with melted chocolate.
  5. If desired, sprinkle chopped pistachios on top before serving immediately or chill briefly.
