  • ¼ cup creamy salad dressing
  • ¼ teaspoon dry mustard

  • 4 drops blue food coloring
  • 4 drops green food coloring
  • 3 cups water (divided, or as needed)

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs in a large saucepan covered with cold water. Bring to a boil, turn off heat, cover, and let sit for 20 minutes. Cool under cold water and peel.
  2. Halve the boiled eggs lengthwise; remove yolks and mash them in a bowl.
  3. Mix in creamy salad dressing, dry mustard, salt, pepper, and hot sauce until smooth.
  4. Color egg whites by soaking them in bowls filled with water mixed with food coloring until desired shades are reached.
  5. Fill colored egg whites with yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
