  • 1½ cups creamy peanut butter
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 10 ounces dark chocolate chips
  • ⅓ cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and sugar until blended. Add cocoa powder, flour, salt, eggs, and vanilla; stir until just combined.
  3. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for approximately 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. In another bowl, mix peanut butter, melted butter, vanilla extract, and sifted powdered sugar until smooth; spread over cooled brownies.
  5. Melt dark chocolate chips with heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth; pour over the peanut butter layer.
  6. Chill for at least one hour before serving.
