  • 1 tablespoon agar-agar or vegan gelatin
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and granulated sugar until it resembles wet sand.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking pan.
  3. Chill the pan while preparing the filling.
  4. Dissolve agar-agar in warm water and let it thicken for a few minutes.
  5. In another bowl, mix whipped cream, yogurt, bubblegum extract, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  6. Gently fold in the thickened agar-agar mixture.
  7. Pour the filling over the chilled base and spread evenly.
  8. Chill again for at least 60 minutes until set.
  9. Once set, top with mini marshmallows and sprinkles before slicing into squares.
