1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons ground beef rinds or almond flour
2 tablespoons shredded parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
In a large bowl, toss the brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
