  • 12 oz cherry tomatoes (sliced in half)
  • 2 medium cucumbers (quartered)

  • 1/3 cup red onion (chopped)
  • 1/3 cup pitted black olives (sliced)
  • 1/3 cup pitted green olives (sliced)
  • 4 oz crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, apple vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
