  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Fold in melted white chocolate gently.
  4. Pour filling over the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes until edges are set but center is slightly jiggly.
  5. Cool for 10 minutes before running a knife around the edges; remove sides of the springform pan.
  6. Melt strawberry jam with heavy cream in a saucepan; drizzle over arranged sliced strawberries on top.
