  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 3/4 cup cold butter, cubed
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large cold egg
  • 4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1 1/8 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
