  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika until smooth.
  4. Place the salmon on the baking sheet and brush generously with half of the glaze.
  5. Bake for 8 minutes; then remove and brush with remaining glaze.
  6. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until flaked easily with a fork.
  7. Let rest for 2 minutes before garnishing with chopped parsley and serving.
