  • 4 tsp chia seeds

Instructions

  1. If using frozen fruits, ensure they are completely thawed.
  2. In a food processor, combine strawberries, cherries, and apples. Blend until slightly chunky.
  3. Mix in chia seeds until well incorporated.
  4. Pour the mixture into a mold lined with Teflex sheets.
  5. Dehydrate at 125°F for about 4 hours; then flip onto a dehydrator tray without Teflex and dehydrate for an additional 2.5 hours.
  6. Continue drying until completely firm, which may take another 11.5 hours.
