- 2 cups fresh spinach (chopped)
- 1 cup feta cheese (crumbled)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)
- 1/4 cup black olives (sliced)
- 1/2 cup cooked grilled chicken (diced)
- In a bowl, mix chopped spinach, crumbled feta, sun-dried tomatoes, sliced black olives, and diced grilled chicken until well combined.
