  • 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 8 oz jar artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1214 wonton wrappers
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 tbs garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Press wonton wrappers into the cups of a muffin tin and lightly coat with cooking spray. Bake for 5 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the spinach, artichokes, mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, garlic, salt, pepper, and half the Parmesan.
  4. Fill each wonton cup with the mixture evenly.
  5. Sprinkle remaining Parmesan on top and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.
