  • 2 ¾ cups passata or canned tomatoes

  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 ½ to 2 ¾ cups chicken or vegetable stock
  • 20 ounces boneless chicken breast, cut into chunks
