  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 2 cups thinly shredded red cabbage
  • 2 cups thinly shredded green cabbage
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons Southwest Dressing
  • 1 lime (squeezed)
  • 4 burrito-sized tortillas
  • 4 tablespoons Southwest Dressing
  • 2 large avocados (sliced)
  • 1 cup shredded goat cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken: Combine salt, pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, oregano, paprika, cumin, avocado oil, and chicken tenders in a bowl. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Cook the chicken: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook the marinated chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Let rest before slicing.
  3. Prepare veggies: Mix shredded cabbages, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and Southwest dressing in another bowl.
  4. Assemble wraps: Spread dressing on tortillas. Layer sliced chicken, veggie mixture, avocado slices, and goat cheese. Roll tightly.
