  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup strawberry jam

  4. Gradually combine the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just blended.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and additional vanilla extract until smooth.
  6. Scoop cookie dough onto the baking sheet; create wells in the center of each cookie. Fill each well with strawberry jam and cheesecake filling.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until edges are lightly golden. Allow to cool before drizzling with pink glaze and sprinkling with sparkling sugar.
