  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch (for thickening)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken in the slow cooker.

  4. Remove chicken and shred with two forks.
  5. Mix cornstarch with cold water; stir into the remaining sauce in the slow cooker and cook until thickened (about 10 minutes).
  6. Return shredded chicken to the slow cooker; coat well in sauce before serving.
