  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ cup salsa (no sugar added)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 cups chicken broth (fat-free)
  • 8 ounces reduced-fat sour cream
  • 8 whole grain tortillas
  • 1½ cups shredded Mexican style cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with cumin, chili powder, and salsa.
  3. Fill tortillas with the chicken mixture, roll tightly, and place seam side down in a casserole pan.
