  • ½ cup (129 g) creamy peanut butter
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups (375 g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup (240 g) peanut butter chips
  • 2 cups (376 g) Reese's pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a stand mixer, cream together softened unsalted butter, light brown sugar, and creamy peanut butter until light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and kosher salt; gradually add to the wet mixture.
  5. Gently fold in peanut butter chips and Reese's pieces.
  6. Chill dough for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
  7. Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheets about three inches apart and flatten slightly.
  8. Bake for 8–10 minutes or until edges are set and tops are golden brown. Let cool before serving.
