  • 2 sheets puff pastry (thawed)
  • ½ cup seedless raspberry jam (or any preferred flavor)
  • ¼ cup flour (for dusting)
  • 2 tbsp confectioner’s sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lightly flour your work surface and roll out the puff pastry into a rectangle approximately 12×16 inches.
  3. Cut the pastry in half to create two rectangles. Spread ¼ cup of raspberry jam over one rectangle.
  4. Place the second rectangle on top and press down lightly to seal.
  5. Cut into strips about ½ inch wide, then cut each strip lengthwise.
  6. Twist each strip into a spiral shape and arrange on the baking sheet.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes before baking for better shape retention.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Cool on a wire rack and dust with confectioner’s sugar before serving.
