  • 2/3 cup cornstarch
  • 1 cup vegetable oil (for frying)

  • 3 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup walnut halves
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • Green onion for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the sauce by mixing mayo, condensed milk, honey, and lemon juice in a small bowl; set aside.
  2. In a non-stick pan over medium heat, combine sugar and cold water to make candied walnuts. Stir until thickened, then add walnuts to coat and cool on parchment paper.
