  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, egg, melted butter, pumpkin puree, and vanilla extract until well blended.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until lightly golden.
