  • 23 tablespoons ice water
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree

  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Add softened butter and mix until crumbly. Stir in egg yolk and ice water until dough forms. Press into a pie dish and chill for 30 minutes.
