  • 8 ounces mascarpone cheese
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • ½ cup flour
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup butter (melted)
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ½ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease your 9×9 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal later.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, cream cheese, and sugar. Beat until creamy.
  3. Add canned pumpkin, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, flour, vanilla extract, egg yolks, and ¼ teaspoon salt. Mix until fully combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, remaining salt, melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Stir in chocolate chips for added decadence.
  6. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan.
  7. Spoon dollops of the pumpkin cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer.
  8. Add remaining brownie batter on top of the cheesecake layer.
