  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup chopped pistachios
  • ¼ cup pistachio cream spread
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk (or coconut condensed milk)
  • ¼ cup melted white chocolate
  • Extra chopped pistachios and white chocolate squares for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs (or applesauce) and vanilla extract; mix well.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture until just combined. Fold in chopped pistachios and white chocolate chunks.
