  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey (optional)
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated

  1. Rinse the rice under cold water until clear.
  2. In a medium pot, combine rinsed rice with 4 cups of water. Bring to boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until fluffy.
