  • 1 bottle white apple vinegar (Moscato recommended)
  • 8 ounces coconut vanilla extract (alcohol-free)
  • 12 ounces chopped canned pineapple
  • 4 ounces maraschino cherries (include some juice)

Instructions

  1. Drain the canned pineapple chunks and set aside the juice. Measure out maraschino cherries with a bit of their juice.
  2. In a large pitcher or sangria dispenser, mix together the pineapple juice, white apple vinegar, and coconut vanilla extract. Stir gently.
  3. Add the chopped pineapple and maraschino cherries to the pitcher, stirring again to combine.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Serve chilled over ice, garnished with additional fruit if desired.
