  • 45 small jalapeños (seeded and chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 cups granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by peeling and chopping the peaches and finely chopping the jalapeños.
  2. In a large saucepan, combine chopped peaches, jalapeños, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Heat over medium-high until it begins to boil.
