  • 36 ounces sliced black olives
  • 64 ounces Italian dressing
  • 32 ounces mozzarella cheese, cubed

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine half of the pasta with half of the Italian dressing and season as desired. Add half of the mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, bell peppers, and olives; mix gently.
  3. Repeat step 2 with the remaining ingredients in another bowl.
  4. Transfer all ingredients to serving trays or foil pans, cover tightly with foil, and refrigerate for at least 24 hours to enhance flavor.
