Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook for about 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, bring chicken broth to a simmer. Stir in egg noodles, cover, and cook for about 7-8 minutes or until al dente.
  4. While noodles cook, melt butter in another pan over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant (1-2 minutes).
  5. Add the garlic butter mixture to the cooked noodles and stir in Parmesan cheese if desired.
  6. Slice the cooked chicken and serve on top of the buttery noodles, garnishing with parsley if using.
