  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count) or pizza dough
  • ½ cup Nutella (or other chocolate-hazelnut spread)
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces and flatten each piece into a small circle.
  3. Place about 1 teaspoon of Nutella in the center of each circle. Pinch edges tightly to seal and roll into smooth balls.
  4. Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Brush warm bombs with melted butter and roll in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon if desired. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
