  • 250 g Baby Bella mushrooms (thinly sliced)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1/4 cup apple vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)
  • 1 package Brie cheese (sliced)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush both sides with olive oil. Toast for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Then add sliced mushrooms, cooking until golden brown. Stir in apple vinegar and season with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
  3. On each toasted baguette slice, place a slice of brie, followed by a generous spoonful of the mushroom mixture. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 3-5 minutes until the brie melts.
