  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups canned pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

  2. In a large bowl, combine melted butter, pumpkin puree, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, kosher salt, and egg. Mix in both sugars until smooth.
  3. Sift in cocoa powder and mix well.
  4. Gently fold in flour and baking soda until just combined.
  5. Stir in chocolate chips until no lumps of flour remain.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle additional chocolate chips on top.
