  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, milk, ketchup, onion, garlic, egg, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian herbs. Season with salt and pepper.

  5. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spread a thin layer of ketchup on top of each meatloaf.
