  • 1 cup caramel candies
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. For the brownie base, melt the butter and mix it with sugar, eggs, and vanilla until combined. Gradually add flour, cocoa powder, and salt; stir gently until just mixed.
