  • 6 oz fresh or thawed frozen spinach
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup white cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp Panko bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat; sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  2. In a bowl or food processor, mix spinach with the sautéed garlic, cream cheese, heavy cream, parmesan and white cheddar cheeses, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until smooth.
  3. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine Panko bread crumbs with melted butter and additional parmesan; sprinkle on top of the dip.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for about 10 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving with your favorite dippers.
