  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 20 ounces crushed pineapple with juice
  • 16 ounces whipped topping (reserve 4 ounces for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix lemon jello with boiling water until dissolved. Set aside to cool for 20 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese and crushed pineapple using a hand mixer on low speed. Gradually increase to medium speed until well mixed.
  3. Add the cooled jello mixture to the cream cheese blend and mix on low speed until combined.
  4. Fold in 12 ounces of whipped topping until fully incorporated.
  5. Pour into a large serving bowl or 9×13 pan. Cover and chill in the fridge for at least four hours.
  6. Before serving, garnish with reserved whipped topping and fresh fruits.
