  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 45 cloves

  • 1/4 cup cooking oil or ghee
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish)
  • Saffron strands, slivered almonds, or fried onions (for garnish)

Instructions
