  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp celery seeds
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • Optional: 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, corn kernels, minced jalapeno, chopped cilantro, and sliced green onions.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sugar, Dijon mustard, lime juice, celery seeds, kosher salt until smooth.
